Castlebeck Pathway - Support For All
At Castlebeck we support men and women with learning disabilities, complex needs and challenging behaviour as well as those on the autistic spectrum and people with acquired brain injuries or mental health problems.
At the start of their journey with us, people may be referred to us for a number of reasons; people leaving NHS services or moving closer to home, people who are moving on from secure care or those who need some more support at a time of greater need or indeed crisis.
The first thing Castlebeck does is make a careful, person centred assessment. If we do not feel we can fully meet the needs of a person, and ultimately help them progress, then we will say so.
Support in the form of assessment, intervention and rehabilitation is available in our range of different services.
Our services cover a pathway from acute through rehabilitation services, "step-down" facilities, our Graded Rehabilitation Annexes and our residential homes and further on into community-based services provided by Castlebeck or by other providers perhaps in partnership with Castlebeck, including supported living arrangements.
